The China Quality Certification Center revised the “Safety Certification Rules for Transformers for Switching Mode Power Supplies” according to the above-mentioned standard version changes. The newly issued certification rule number is CQC11-461214-2020, which replaces CQC11-461214-2015. Hereinafter referred to as the "new version of the rules".

The matters related to the implementation of the certification business are now notified as follows:

1. From the date of announcement, the switching power supply transformer shall be tested and certified in accordance with the new version of the standards and rules. 2. For products that have obtained the old version of the standard and rules certification, the certificate holder can submit a change application to our center and accept the test for the new and old standard difference test items (see the appendix for specific test items), and the test is qualified The new version of the standard and rules certification will be issued later. The certificate conversion work should be completed by April 30, 2021. Certificates that have not completed the conversion after the deadline will be suspended for 3 months. If it is not completed beyond the suspension deadline, the certificate will be revoked. 3. The follow-up inspection after certification is carried out according to the standards and rules listed in the valid certificate.
