On June 29, 2021, the European Union submitted three notification documents (G/TBT/N/EU/808, G/TBT/N/EU/809, G/TBT/N/EU/810) to the WTO, which are to be listed in RoHS Three new exemptions have been added to Appendix IV of the Directive.

If the RoHS exemption expires and no company applies for renewal, the relevant products must compulsorily meet the relevant limit requirements. ZRLK hereby reminds relevant companies to pay close attention to the revision status of the RoHS directive, reasonably arrange production plans and material substitution matters, and avoid exemptions.
